Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept returns for any drbrandtskincare.com purchase when products were purchased directly from drbrandtskincare.com or our 1-800 number.  (If you purchased from another website or retail store, please return items back to the original location).  We ask that you follow these reasonable guidelines:
  • Products must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Please include a copy of your invoice and follow the instructions on the form below.
  • We cannot accept returns on over half used or empty products.
  • In the event that a gift with purchase was included with the order, please send back the gift with purchase item along with the returned item. Note: We will not refund regular goods, unless the GWP is returned to us as well.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Products specified, on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned.
Please note that we are a US based company and accommodate website orders that ship to continental U.S. addresses only.  If you purchase from our website while visiting the U.S but reside outside the U.S., sales are final and are not returnable or refundable outside of the U.S.
