Warm a tiny amount between fingers.
PAT (DO NOT RUB) ON SKIN
Gently pat (do not rub) directly on completely dry eye area with bags and dark circles. Let the product dry for approximately 3 to 5 minutes
This is an unscented, tinted, thick gel formula. The tube packaging is attractive and the tip makes it easy to dispense product. I like that I'm able to apply makeup over this easily without pilling. I can feel this tighten under my eyes so I know it's working! This does a great job of brightening dark circles. Warm it between fingers and pat it in, then let it set before applying makeup.
