Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! We will happily accept returns/exchanges for any Dr. Brandt Skincare purchase if they were purchased from www.drbrandtskincare.com. If the purchase was made from a different website or retail store, please return items back to the original location.

  • Products must be mailed within 30 days of the order’s delivery date
  • We cannot accept returns on over half-used or empty products
  • Exchanges will be only accepted on unused products
  • If an order qualified for a gift with purchase, please include the ENTIRE gift with the purchase along with the returned item(s). If a free item is not returned, the original retail value of that gift will be deducted from your return.
  • Products specified on the website as non-refundable cannot be returned (e-gift cards, donations, final sale items)
  • If you received damaged merchandise, please keep the box, packaging, all contents of the order, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are a US-based company and accommodate website orders that ship to the U.S. 48 contiguous states and U.S. Territories only. If you purchase from our website while visiting the U.S, but reside outside the U.S., sales are final and are not returnable or refundable outside of the U.S.

For your convenience, we will provide you with an automated return label once your return has been approved. We strongly encourage you to use the same box that you received your order in to return your item(s).

Please note, return shipping charges will be deducted automatically from your refund based on the cost of the label unless a mistake was made by us or your order came damaged.

  • We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
  • Allow 7-10 business days for processing once your return is received.
  • An email notification will be sent to confirm your return/refund has been approved and processed.
